Alurish Product Notes privacy policy

Alurish Product Notes processes the minimum information needed to authenticate a Shopify store and display merchant-configured product notes.

Information processed

The app processes the shop domain, Shopify installation credentials, granted scopes, and merchant-entered note settings. Storefront targeting uses product tags already available to the theme. The app does not request customer, order, payment, or product-management access.

Storage and sharing

Authentication sessions are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare KV namespace. Product-note settings are stored in Shopify as an app-owned metafield. Data is not sold and no paid advertising or analytics service receives merchant settings.

Retention and deletion

Authentication sessions are removed after uninstall or when Shopify sends an applicable deletion request. App-owned data is removed or rendered inaccessible when the installation is deleted.
